NOTE COLLECTION TERMS |
All purchases must be removed from the auction house within three days of the auction. Otherswise you will still be liable for the auction purcahse but the purchased lot(s) will be at the discretion of the auctioneer to apply storage charges, resell, dispose of, or a combination of them actions to your auction purchases.
INFORMATION FOR PURCHASERS | This sale is subject to the terms and conditions of sale as listed online and agreed to upon registration for each auction.
Commencing at the end time stated bidding will close at short intervals per lot, to allow you to manage your bids across multiple lots. Notes on Timed Auction Bidding: - if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 minutes. it will remain open for an additional 10 min. - If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 10 minutes. - If no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the timer runs out. Please ensure you are refreshing your page or exiting and re-entering the lot screen often, as this why you will have the most up to date bid information.
CATALOGING | For our cataloguing formatting please see the terms and conditions of sale. Please note the title and description only detail what the lot is and not its condition. For a detailed condition report on any lot please select the ‘contact us’ button on the particular lot and follow the steps to submit a request.
ESTIMATES | The figures provided by our staff are merely a guide to prospective buyers. They are not definite and are subject to revision without notice. If you have a question in relation to price, please email info@hermanwilkinson.ie.
PAYMENT | If you are successful with an item(s) you will receive an online invoice 5-8 Hours after the auction. This will contain a breakdown of successful lots, and charges. This email invoice will be followed by a 'Payment Summary' in a separate email. Please follow this link and pay your outstanding invoice online as we are no longer accepting physical payments in the auction room. After payment has cleared you will be issued an email confirming that payment has been received. Any invoices unpaid by the Monday after the auction at 10:00 AM will be charged automatically using your registered security card in line with the ‘Terms & Conditions’.
Steps To Pay Invoice:
1. Go to the 'Payment Summary Link' email
2. Select the blue 'View Invoice' button
3. Select the green 'Pay Now' button on the right side of the 'Payment Summary' page
4. Select the payment method 'Credit Card'
5. Enter your card details and select 'Save Card & Review'
6. Review your details and select the green 'Complete Payment' button

COLLECTION | You can collect your items by appointment once you have paid your invoice online and book a collection appointment. You must book the appointment using the booking link in the invoice email. If you want your items delivered, please let us know before paying your invoice by emailing info@hermanwilkinson.ie, we will then update the invoice and send it back to you. SHIPPING | We have made some changes to our shipping process in the past number of months, including a new partnership with DPD as our delivery provider.
Nationwide Shipping
We will continue to offer a full 32-county, delivery service for parcels (A small lots, Painting, or other similar items) for just €20.00 plus VAT per parcel. Small/ Light boxable piece of occasional furniture (Under 1 metre square) or a group of small lots in a larger box is €30.00 plus VAT. Should you have any small items, we also offer an A4-sized satchel service at a cost of €15.00 plus VAT for full nationwide delivery. This price includes the full track & trace and online proof of delivery.
UK Shipping
For UK deliveries service at a cost of €35.00 plus VAT per parcel (a couple of small lots, Painting, or other similar sized items).
International Shipping

PLEASE NOTE:
We aim to dispatch the lots purchased within 28 Days, subject to courier availability and swift payment by the purchaser.
Shipping from multiple auctions or weeks carries an additional administration and storage charge of €40.00 plus VAT.
We cannot ship furniture, or items bigger than what one man could reasonably be expected to lift on their own. Larger furniture can be delivered on request and charged on a case-by-case basis.
